Role Responsibilities include: 

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customer who have specific inquiries
• Outbound calling required to existing customer base to schedule maintenance appointments
• Building customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company with a sense of urgency for the purpose of cross-selling and up-selling.
• Follow up with clerical duties including faxing, filling up paperwork, credit reference checks and liaising with other departments
• Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work orders, services performed, charges, expenses, inventory and other dispatch information
• Tracking sales numbers 
• Scheduling installations including securing materials needed for the jobs

 The successful candidate must have:

• At least 3-5 years of basic customer service skills in an office environment
• Basic computer knowledge/technological skills including CRM Solutions
• Sound judgement and the ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, drive for new business, solicit feedback to improve service, treat all customers with respect, instill trust and uphold the values of the organization
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment
